• This CC is completely free
   
• You can modify it in any way you want and I don't really care about being credited. That said, if you make changes to it, I simply ask two things:
  1. If you decide to upload it somewhere, keep it free. Don't put it behind a paywall.
  2. Share it with me. There are lots of talented creators out there who can no doubt improve on my stuff and I'd love to see where you take it. Even if you don't think what you've made is very good, share it anyway. Your basic idea might inspire me or someone else to improve it further or to make something entirely new based on your design.
   
• If you have requests, try me. The worst that can happen is you get a no. Just don't ask me to mesh. I only do textures/retextures and I wouldn't even call myself an expert at that.

 

Details:

 

• Another original texture on top of the ITF leggings mesh. Of all my original panties, these are the ones I'm most satisfied with. For some reason, the bump map for these just turned out better than for everything else I've ever created, which makes for way better detail on closeups. With many of my other things, the seams and shades seem to disappear completely as soon as you recolor them with patterns instead of just solid colors. They're still more faint on these when you use patterns, especially with darker colors, but they don't disappear completely. If I knew exactly what it was I got right when I made the bump map for these, I'd do it to all my creations, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I did that made this one better...
• Base game compatible with version 1.67 (haven't tried it on earlier versions, but it should work, as the mesh is a standalone)
• For young adult and adult females
• Enabled for Sleepwear, Athletic and Swimwear
• One color channel

 

Defects:

 

• The ITF leggings mesh creates a slight seam around the belly that I haven't been able to figure out how to get rid of. It's not too bad in game, but it's there. Still, this is the best mesh I've found for making proper thongs, so it's worth it if you ask me. If you can do something to get rid of it, please share! It's been driving me crazy for more than a year!

Hey Steve, I never heard of the ITF leggings myself, but given that the breasts can be so much more realistic with mods I know the butt is the next thing needing some love - no pun intended....

 

I will check these out, but did you included the Number(s) to enter into KW menu to add to the panty removal system?

 

Lastly - not really a request unless you find yourself up to the task.....

 

If you own seasons, then you might have noticed a pair of bottoms/outerwear which are skin tight and show off the curve/cleft of the female booty way better than if they are naked. Seriously! I have wondered what it would take to remove the panels from the sides and down the left leg or modify it/other CAS options to become perfectly smooth, and be used as a default replacer for the nude bottom.

 

 

Perhaps the ITF leggings WERE created from these? No idea myself - butt isn't that a nice view?

I don't use KW myself and have no plans to, so I have no idea how to do what you're asking. Unless it's fairly easy to do and someone can explain it to me (I imagine it has something to do with adding a string of numbers somewhere in s3pe), I would much rather prefer if someone else took that job on and re-uploaded the results themselves.

 

As for your other question, those are the leggings I'm talking about. They didn't come with seasons, but with Into the Future and this mesh was made exactly how you're proposing, by removing the ugly panels.

 

I've been doing some digging and finally found out where I originally got them from. They were made by a creator called PRETTY LADY BABIES who shares her stuff on tumblr. I'll be adding the link to my credits as soon as I'm done with this answer

 

She never originally provided a nude bottom made from this, but she did post the .WSO mesh file for other creators to use in TSR Workshop to make exactly the kind of stuff I'm doing, so I made one myself and will be including it with some of my coming uploads. It's not a default replacement, since I don't know how to make those (if anyone else wants to or can explain to me how to do that, go nuts), but it will show up in the "Bottoms" section in CAS, meaning you can use accessory panties or bodysuits made as tops on this yummy, curvy booty, so stay tuned for that

If you were to flag the 'nude' bottoms as an accessory, or include a separate DL with them as an accessory, then KW wouldn't remove them during WooHoo, The KW panties (and bra) which have numbers I mentioned (they share the garter's slots) will be removed though being the point of a reference number which KW recognizes for unequipping.

 

Using NRaas, I'm able to equip multiple accessories even if they use the same 'slot' location. So for us KW users, just don't reference the garters

This also means they could remain equipped while fully nude (showering/etc.) if the character was nude and taken into CAS for adding them.

 

Finally, I guess the real trick is getting them to use the skin texture selected to match the rest of the body, just as the nude default 'bottom' does. While KW also supports shave-able pubic hair, this is something I wouldn't miss for a better booty.

 

The (s3pe ?) numbers are created when you create the file, so Sims3 can recognize them. It's nothing you'd need to add, but the panties would also need to be an accessory using the garter slot. I just can't remember if it's the right or left garter for panties. That is if you wanted them to be KW compatible. If the following numbers look familiar, then you get my drift.

I wish I knew more about modding, but efforts like yours are what keep me 'Siming' along.

I've just uploaded the nude bottom and my suggestion is that you bring it to the attention of some experienced KW modders and ask if they can do what you're asking with it, because that is WAAAAY out of my comfort zone!

 

The only part of your post I can actually answer is the one about matching whatever skin texture you use and that shouldn't be a problem. All I've done is add the ITF leggings mesh to the default EA nude bottom, which is perfectly "skinable". I use a default skin replacement by Navetsea in my game and it shows up just fine on top of this nude bottom.

 

Can't say about the shaveable pubes, though...
