Tutorials too difficult

i've been trying to install a bunch of mods for SexoutPregnancy for over 2 hours and i still have no idea what the fuck im doing, the tutorial doesn't explain anything. What the fuck are ESM files and what do i do with them in FOMM ? The SCR tutorial is complete dogshit and impossible to understand. Can anyone help me with any of this

ESM = Elder Scrolls Master File

Esp = Elder Scrolls Package

Esm's are placed always at the top of your load order, if you patiently read the tutorial you'll get it!

Also in this tutorial it specifically says that you should delete the *.esp and *.esm files. After finishing the tutorial the root-folder of "Sexout Resources" should should only have folders 'Meshes', 'Textures', 'Sound' and a file called 'SexoutCommonResources – VegasChokers.bsa'.  (And possibly a folder called 'Docs', but that's completely optional).
