Looking for Makeup/Lip Tintmask

I'm looking for the lip tintmask which you can see in this screenshot:

I got the screenshot from this japanese homepage:

sadly you can only download the tintmasks for the other parts of the face but not for the lips. Anyone know what he used?

Ahm I have seen a new mod on nexus about lip tint mask like korean style games and all,maybe its that what you looking for.Check out skyrim nexus.

??? I dont speak japanese, all I saw was the download link for the tintmasks which inculded cheeks/eyeliner/maskara but none for the lips.

there are no fucking lip tint masks in the download
