Since the latest updates, SKSE64, Skyrims se, and MO 2, every time i start up Skyrim se with skse64 through MO 2 my saves will not load at all! As long as I start a new game I can play for hours but as soon as I quit and come back at a different time, I cannot load any saves.

I seem to remember one of the sexlab se plugins had this problem in an earlier version which has been fixed now.  I don't remember which one though.  I would check that you have the latest version of each one.

Ok, tried another profile with out Sexlab and still cannot load a save.  I can start a new game and play with no problems. Once I save the game and exit and then exit MO 2 and come back later and try to load save the game crashes. Every time on every save new or old. I have cut my mods down significantly. The ones I have loaded now are ones that I have played with for a long time. I am at a loss.

Have you installed Race menu plug ins with recent XPMSE,  without intention? (skse64plug ins V6)

check your data/SKSE directory, then   If there were skee64.dll  ,  in your Data/SKSE directory,

you may need to change XPMSE version to old one , which not cause problem. (it is recommended, if you hope to use SKEE 64 plug ins)

Or as substitute way, (I can not recommend it, because I do not know,if it  cause more complex problem later or not)

but , Once hide SKEE (not SKSE)   plug in, from your data folder, then test to load those saved data which you could not before.

If you can load them, save them as new save-data > then close skyrim, then activate SKSE plug in with MO2

Most of case,  you can load them without problem, this time.

As my game data,, If I change player with ECE or Racemenu, usually it show  same problem.

then I need same step which I discribed,  about the character.  maybe saved SKSE data (which saved with game data)

record values which SEEE plug ins used,, then  it need to correclty load once, I feel.

I converted Racemenu with the latest skee  and i also have the latest XPMSE. I read on XPMSE  page about issues that you mentioned here. So that may be the problem. I followed the install method on that page and installed skee through MO 2 but that means i have it installed twice. Once with Racemenu and once on its own. I will play around and see what becomes of it. Thank You for your help!

Well, for me it turned out to be the new XPMSE. I reinstalled the previous version and all my saves work again. New and old. As soon as I put the latest XPMSE  back in the line up my saves stop loading.New or old.  Thanks for the info!
