Either too many animations registered through FNIS, and you are loading into a crowded area with lots of npc. You can try loading another character in an empty cell, or start a new char with live alternate life and then try to load your save from there. You can also try uninstalling some animation packs and re run fnis then try again. Beyond that it is most likely a mod conflict so you have to disable all but essential mods, then load the save. It should load, then you can gradually add a few mods at a time, saving as you go.

It should load, then you can gradually add a few mods at a time, saving as you go. disabling some animations seems to have done the trick, now I've just got to try and get all my textures etc. working
