Dojo_dude Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 The closest thing I can think of is the Enclave Officer uniform mod for FO3 that has a 'with shorts' version. It's on this forum somewhere.
KoolHndLuke Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 You can edit outfits in BodySlide's Outfit Studio now. The mesh would probably need vertices added before I would look worth a damn.
