Osex overwrite?

I downloaded osex first and have heard that you can run both sexlab and osex simultaneously, but when I try to install sexlab there are a ton of overwrites such as Actorutil and Papyrusutil. should i let it overwrite or just play it safe and stick to Osex?

If you have the latest papyrus util and latest Sexlab ( version 1.62), when it asks to override say no to all
