nufndash Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 I'm getting a SKSE error saying I am running a newer version of Skyrim SE than the skse64_ 2_00_06.7 supports, so I'm just trying to confirm this to be true. I have no idea how the game gets updated or patched so I am not sure if this is actually true or I messed skse up somehow.
jennievm Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 If you are using skse you will need to revert to an old exe till skse is updated you can do it easily by doing the following press win+R, paste: steam://nav/consolein steam console, paste: download_depot 489830 489833 7780040377772731640 you will see where the file is downloaded then just overwrite the updated file and disable updates or it will just be overwritten again

I don't find anything to turn updates off completely.

Falloutersexy Posted April 5, 2018 Posted April 5, 2018 I updated skse from 2.0.6 to 2.0.7 but NMM do not recognize the new version, it thinks i still have 2.0.6. What could be wrong here?

Arizona_Steve Posted April 5, 2018 Posted April 5, 2018 Yeah, just refreshed my browser and I see it now. Does this also mean I need to recompile my RandomSex.dll against the new SKSE version? Edit: Yes I do... Just finished recompiling against the new SKSE64 source and smoke test was successful.
