The US is a shite hole. Land of Opportunity is a lie and there is no American Dream.

Unless you're gay, female, or a minority you won't find a job in California that's for sure. Might as well take a chance of finding work in Kentucky. lmao

Seriously stay away for your own good. Especially with all the political BS that plagues this 'greatest country in the world' right now its best to avoid it like a $5 hooker.

Hi, I'm replying late, but I hope my comments are useful.

Yeah, It's great! thank you for this comment. But...about visas: my country is close to become a member of visa free movement program so it won't be a problem anytime soon. I will do some more research about nice places in US so again thank you for your comment in this thread.

Yes, the USA has serious problems that have been getting worse over the past 30 years, IMO because of destructive economic policies and social engineering for political gain.

In a nutshell, what happened is that manufacturing jobs were sent overseas where there were cheap slave labor and no pollution controls, and at the same time millions of foreign workers were allowed to work in the USA (including many who are not legally allowed to work).

The effect was that wages stayed as low as they were in 1970 because of surplus labor, while the jobs and factories disappeared.  Many towns and cities were ruined by unemployment, and people really suffered.  And at the same time, the government printed trillions of dollars to pay for its stupid economic choices, which made people's money not buy as much even if they had a job.

It was great for the Wall Street finance people and great for the politicians taking the bribes to let this happen, but it was shit for everyone else.

Then over time, intolerant politicized people got into senior company management positions, and they started hassling people and discriminating against people because of politics.  Corrupt politicians contributed to this.  The media encouraged strife because conflict gets better ratings, among other reasons.

The social engineering politics let a lot of really bad crime get out of control, drove a lot of employers away, and dragged down the quality of education, among a lot of other bad effects.  It was great for the politicians and activists getting their agendas passed (and probably taking more bribes), but shit for everyone else.  Pharma companies pushing opiates through corrupt doctors went a long way toward creating the current drug addiction crisis in the USA, shit like that.

The USA has a good system, good people, and a lot of good things about it, but it's taken hammerblow after hammerblow to its economy, society and culture year after year because the corrupt politicians and influential leaders have been letting it happen while they stuff their pockets.  The damage is really showing now.

I can't get into why all this happened, because I'm sure people on here have different political opinions that they feel strongly about, and I respect that.

With the decent economic policies, the USA can recover from these injuries.  The country has been in worse shape before.  We'll see if future administrations can manage to hold things steady or even improve things.
