Male pregnancy and Periods

So since we now have periods how does that effect male pregnancy? Should I make it so males are seen as female in the game to make sure they have the ability to get pregnant or not? Probably a silly question, but I'm really confused here.

Your confused! I'm still trying to figure out how males get pregnant in the first place.  Can't we just have some Bestiality instead...

Once a Sim can give birth then that's it. Nothing else has to be done. You set that in CAS Gender Settings.

Is there a way to have male and female sims get pregnant around the world? Have the game not check for gender...?

Not sure if MCCC can control gender pregnancies in the whole game (globally), but might be worth a shot just to try it out.

Not sure if it can override the EA CAS gender rules tho.

But it has many other cool features anyway.
