Any way to link or merge meshes in nifskope/OS so that they scale/move/deform together?

Been googling this one for a while, but I keep running into tutorials for basic mashups where you add mesh parts from one .nif to another.

The issue is that I have a male-only armour I want to convert to create a female version, only the original mesh has a main mesh - the cuirass - and three very fiddly, exactly-placed additional meshes (two belts, which maybe I could work with and the studs which cover the cuirass, which... I have no idea how I would make sure they still lined up in OS). I assume the original conversion was broken down in this way to allow the original modder to apply different textures to each part (which I would like to retain, of course).

All I want to do is make it so that when I shrink and reshape the cuirass, the studs (and ideally, the belts too) remain in place on the cuirass.

Any ideas?

Different objects usually mean different textures on those objects.
So if you merge them in one object - then they begin to use one texture, and this is 100% not good.

You can edit multiple objects at once in latest versions of OutfitStudio (just select them while pressing shift). But OS can crash often while you doing so.

Or you can use any 3d tool like blender or 3ds max, where you can merge, split, and edit objects as how as you like it.
