Well you can install Vinfamy's mod called prostitution or you can install RSE which has a lot more options, these are the only two that I know of. :smile:

To be fair, FP_Prostitution allows for a greater amount of clients though. Where RSE uses only settlers, FP_Prostitution will cull the entire local area for clients, be they wandering NPCs or Gunners / Raiders / Etc. Though for FP_Prostitution to pick up the clients, you need to fast travel to the brothel settlement, whereas RSE doesnt need to do this as it is only using the settlements actual settlers.

 

It all depends on what the player wants in the end. Though it should be added that RSE also has an amazing (if I can say so myself) Settlement Raid system in place for attacks on settlements that have brothels in them (if enabled in the MCM).
