Could someone please make a realistic preset of female musician Kaela Sinclair from the band M83?

 

You should use enhanced character edit as well as a character overhaul mod to smooth out the face mesh without any blocky faces.

Since you have a pretty good idea of how you want the preset done and the tools you want used, it seems like you should take on the task rather than telling others how to create. Also, there's already a jean grey preset floating around somewhere that looks pretty much like that person already.
