KinkyWorld XML files are accumulating

After using KinkyWorld for a while I noticed some XML files accumulating in my Sims 3 folder. I never deleted them, cause I'm paranoid, but now I have more than 200 files and it's really irritating.

Can I delete them without fearing that this could damage the mod playability?

 

The main name of the files are:
-KW_LocalizationExport_5EC62B0E
-KWLog_Export_01AA9DFD
-ScriptError_(pc name)__01-15-2018__14-22-23__473E3261

I delete the script errors all the time it does not seem to effect the game, i have just started to delete the kw_logs as well, this does not seem to be a problem either, hopefully someone will correct me if i am making a mistake.

You can use super script that I wrote to clear all temp files in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3".  Put it in that folder and double click it.

clear_temp_files.cmd

del *Cache.package *.xml *.log *.mdmp *.txt

use with caution, I'm not responsible for any damage it could cause to your PC.

Those can be deleted
