Need some help with physics

So for quite some time, i've been wondering if there were any way to make my character's butt and boobs react to the arms where instead of the arms clipping through her hips, instead the hips dent as though being pushed in. It's weird that I couldn't find something like that in a lot of the XMLs that i've looked into, so i'd really appreciate any help.
