kinghelseth Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 Installed a bunch of new mods, ran FNIS, model stayed stiff, in T pose. One breast deflated. Thought it might be the skeleton, so I reinstalled it. Running XP32 Maximum Skeleton, by the way. I finally uninstalled every mod except Live Another Life (just so I can test the animations), still stuck in this pose. My next step is to reinstall FNIS and the new skeleton, and see if that works.
kinghelseth Posted March 8, 2018 Author Posted March 8, 2018 Okay, I reinstalled FNIS, the skeleton, and the body texture mod, and it fixed itself. Now, I will reinstall each mod one by one until I find the problem.
Ernest Lemmingway Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Be sure to run Generate FNIS For Users each time you install/uninstall mods that contain animations or you will get the T-pose.

I'm installing mods one by one, and running LOOT after each one. It's a tedious process, but I need to pin-point the problem. Going from "big mods" (i.e., ones that change a lot of things) to little ones that are just new textures or a follower or two.
th8827 Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Did you figure out the solution? I am having the exact same problem coming back from a long hiatus, and I can't figure out why...

I am having the exact same problem coming back from a long hiatus, and I can't figure out why... I uninstalled every mod first, ran vanilla Skyrim. Then I installed Live Another Life so I could start in the prison and test everything from there. As I said, I installed the "big" mods first: FNIS, SexLab Framework, Skeleton, etc. Then I started adding the smaller ones. It looks like the mod that breaks the game is SexLab Aroused Redux. I check it in Mod Organizer, run LOOT, then FNIS, then start the game, and it always causes T pose. Basically, you have to start from scratch, my friend. Install each mod one by one (I kept a Notepad list of each one I did in order) and figure out which one causes the problem. When you find it, try to trouble shoot that one mod. If it's one you have to have, then try to fix it. Otherwise, get rid of it.
Uncle64 Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 That mod is not your culprit. You cant simply install the "big" mods first, that is wrong way to do it. You say that you use MO. Have you sorted your left side to?
blackpig11 Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 I am also having problems, the 1st time it was sexlabs aroused as well but after reinstalling it it worked fine, but then I downloaded a hair mod, the apachi one, and now everything is T pose again??? can't fix this version

It's literally click and drag, and fixed. Can I assume that when I click a mod and there are red highlights, I need to rearrange them until they are now green highlights?
Uncle64 Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Yea you need to check that to, but you must also know if some mod should load before or after. You have that information on the modders page.

Time to do a little research and see if I can't get things to work perfectly.
