Good luck... flats are a surprisingly rare commodity among Skyrim clothes mods. There's one pair I know of in Omake clothes: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51603/

Still looking for flat shoes, they don't have to be exactly like the one shown in the picture, any flats would be nice.

I know this an old post but Search up ice storms shoe pack there’s a variety of flats in it along with booths and wedges

I thought IceStorm's packs were Fallout only?

 

Where have you found Skyrim versions? I can't even find the Fallout pack if I wanted to convert it, since it's been taken off Nexus and doesn't seem to be anywhere else.

 

EDIT: Ah they have the Fallout version on their Patreon.
