New to modding, looking for a set up!

Hey folks. I am not very experienced with modding and was hoping someone would be willing to send me a list of mods they use for their skyrim, as well as a screenshot of how their game looks!
The main things im looking for is a mod to make NPC's look better, the usual adult mods (Nude mod with physics mods, some mods that enable sex and the like, etc.), maybe some mods for making the world look better, and maybe other misc things that ya'll like yourselves! Every time i try modding myself i seem to mess something up, so i think starting with someone elses set up would be good til i figure out more about modding in general! A lot of the guy's who do Let's Plays on youtube and elsewhere give their mod lists. Lots of mod lists on these forums, usually for trouble-shooting purposes but they will give you some ideas. Whatever way you go you cannot avoid a lot of reading, thinking and learning for yourself. There is no simple "lazy man's" way to get a heavily modded, stable Skyrim.

i wanted to create a similar thread... i just lurk around these forums and decided to give skyrim another go... i played it once it came out but never really completed the game cuz it got to easy with all the abusive skilling tricks and all. also it was without mods and very simple graphics. i am aware that a lot of stuff u have to learn as u play/install them but still... i hoped there are maybe some main things i have to watch out... for example

 

- what game/version should i get, a pirated version or simply get it over steam, what goes best with mods ?

- will the mods break the story/progress, will i be able to finish the game ?

- are there noob friendly mods/easy to install + stable ?
