Here's a looksmenu preset of a very fair-skinned young woman named Samantha who wears absolutely no makeup, and somehow she still retains her sense of glamour. .

I'd imagine that makeup is extremely scarce in the commonwealth and only available for upper-class citizens in diamond city.

In order to install, just copy and paste the file contained in this download to the computer/local disk/program files x86/steam/steamapps/common/fallout 4/data/F4SE/plugins/F4EE/presets folder.

Furthermore, in order for downloaded looksmenu presets to work, you need to save a preset in order to create the presets folder.
