Pieman2299 Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Mod can be found here https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3172-slave-trainer/ Ok so i love this mod. It has been fun enslaving and selling NPCs, but for a while now I have been having an issue where a slave will disappear. I have noticed this on NPCs such as the redguard who is being questioned by the side of the road by the Alkir warriors (for the quest with saudia) and a few vigilants of stendarr. is anyone else having this problem with this mod or know a fix? It should be mentioned that NPCs that are bandits or forwsorn or any of the general "mob" enemies do not dissappear.
myuhinny Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Alkir warriors (for the quest with saudia) disappear probably because they are temporary NPC's that go away after the quest ends and maybe that is the same reason for the vigilants of stendarr.
Sensual Nautilus Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Been playing around with the mod + the defeated slaves and so far not too many problems, but been having some from things like getting them to stop the trainer events. I also wanted to revisit the PAHE after rediscovering that it had a somewhat updated version by another person. If anyone has any opinion about PAHE mod I would very much like to know and would be appreciative of your input. I'm only interested in changing because I hear it handles the procurement of slaves a little friendlier on the vanilla npc spawn.
Villianize Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 I used to Love the slave trainer mod. My understanding is that Non unique NPCs such as bandits and sometimes others that kind of only show up once through your playthrough end up either getting respawned or so throughout your playthrough. Best example i can give is like this. you go into a cave and capture a bandit, yay for me. then you take them to your lair and do the unspeakable or use them as a decoration for a time. sometime during this same playthrough you miss your little bandit so you go back to make sure everythings ok and DUN DUN DUN they're gone. your bandit is on the loose sipping Black briar mead and said the dragonborn is no longer part of my life. .. In short their being a non unique NPC rendered them respawned and you might run into a look alike or clone later on in the game. they might be naked, they might have no weapon, or in my case way back when they be naked, have no weapon, and also be invincible. Best advice i was given on the matter was to switch to Paradise Halls Reborn where whoever you capture will be cloned as to avoid this issue of disappearing Captives (unless of course you dont train them well enough and they run away but thats just part of the gig bro) I hear its a slight bit more Script extensive but on my most recent play through ive had no issues with Paradise halls. Good luck!

Good luck! Thanks for responding. I figured as much and will look into the paradise halls reborn, although switching mid game kinda scares me. I have another problem that I was wondering if you knew the answer to, for some reason I cant "Hire" my slaves as followers like the description said. Any fix for this problem? I want to use this mod in conjunction with the milk mod.

I want to use this mod in conjunction with the milk mod. Its been a while since Ive used Salve trainer, and its other compatible mods, but if i remember correctly (worth a shot if youd like to tinker around) it has to do with the load order. I too used to capture slaves and turn them into Milk Maids and such. Best advice i can give honestly would be to see what works best for you but as I said earlier, if it gets to the point where you invest alot of game hours into training up a slave and he/she disappears your best bet would be Paradise. The System i use now which i feel is alot more reliable is Paradise halls, home sweet home, and Soul Gem oven, which Soul gem oven also offers its own milk system. Let me know how your tinkering goes kk

I train them sanity 100 fear 0 obedience 100 gave them armor to stablize their stats. I leave them in my home (stay around here) go out, come home and they are nowhere to be found. BUT i can see their notifications on the screen so they must be somewhere. This mod is too quirky.
