Nevermind, found it about 20 minutes after I posted this and after 2hrs of search in total. It's Bless RB 3004 by Ninirim, apparently you need to pledge on his/her patreon to download it. Oh well, I guess quality costs. Leaving this here in case somebody finds it useful.

Quality nuthin. These are Bless assets from the game Bless which Ninirim doesn't own the rights to. And Nini still uses HDT HighHeels of all the stupid things. It is alright to pirate his shit.

While it is illegal to charge money for asset conversions that you do not have the rights to distribute, it is also illegal to steal the work of someone else, even if they are illegally charging for it.  Two wrongs do not make a right.
