Uh...Camera bug???

So this is a weird one, I've thought I've seen it all but NOPE. Uh, to better explain whats going on I will just show you a video...

Also in case you missed it, when I shoot, my pistol doesn't come back it just..stays there like its aiming. Weird right? Anyone know whats up?

System specs and your mod list/load order would help in trying to solve your problem. From just looking at the vid I can't say that I have ever seen that before. Did you add any new animations or something lately?

Yes I did, but I uninstalled them manually, having the archive by my side making sure I got rid of everything. My animations are back to normal, but sadly the camera is still doing..that.. Alrighty, there is my load order

EDIT: I know whats wrong, although I am not sure which mod did it and also I am not sure how to fix it as I'm not properly educated in the animation files as I am with skyrim. Basically the animation files for movement are bugged. I just installed another first person animation mod that adds a new forward movement animation and now i can walk forward normally.

Maybe try and validate your files through Steam? Just a shot.
