MagicKarp Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Hi All, I was attempting to download the CBBE Tera Armor set then update it with CBBE HDT bodyslide. I use Mod Organizer. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29411 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59267 I have used Bodyslide before to batch build things. (I think the most I've done is some super simple adjustments to set of armors but it was just to make it work in my game so it wouldn't be invisible) I'm getting stuck on trying to set up and use the Bodyslide files. However, I can't seem to unpack the bodyslide at all. I keep getting the "no game data at top level" error. I'm not sure what other steps to take. I was reading that I had to add a Mesh/Texture folder to the folder list but I'm not sure what that means. I'd assume I'd do it after I actually batch build the stuff. But I'm clearly missing something lol Thanking you in advance for any help!
Ventus2111 Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Mod Organizer does not recognize Bodyslide files - therefore it will always tell you that you did not add game data. You can either ignore it or right-click the mod and select to ignore it (which means that MO will add an empty texture folder so that the error disappears). With other words: It's not your fault. Mod Organizer will always give you these errors for some files. Just ignore it. Try to start Bodyslide and build the newly installed files. If there's no error, you installed everything correctly.
MagicKarp Posted February 19, 2018 Author Posted February 19, 2018 Okay, so I just ignored the error (Thanks btw, I thought you HAD to set game data) and now it's saved in Mod Organizer (it's greyed out with that red x but that's not an issue) However, I can't seem to find the armors in Bodyslide Studio. Normally, the armor's just there and I could adjust them if I wanted to. I tried turning on the mod and I can craft/wear the armor in game but I can't find it in the bodyslide studio. I guess the best question is, how do I get the Bodyslide studio to find these armors so I can adjust them with the files?

Aside from that make sure it has the right path, it needs to be Mod Organizer/mods/yourBodyslideFilesMod/CalienteTools/Bodyslide/ShapeData Especially that CalienteTools folder is directly in this mods folder and nothing between is important, the others should be fine as long as the auhtor didn't mess it up
MagicKarp Posted February 19, 2018 Author Posted February 19, 2018 Okay, I managed to figure it out. I was double checking other armor mods that I have that I can already see in my bodyslide outfit. I feel kind of dumb now. x.x Okay, MO can easily handle bodyslide sets. (I apparently can't lol) My Mod was Frigus Bodyslide CBBE HDT > Data > CalienteTools and it generated that error but I noticed all the other mods didn't have anything beyond the mod's name straight into the next folder having CalienteTools folder. So I just move the folders around so it was Frigus's Bodyslide CBBE HDT > CalienteTools as the folder directions before packaging it into a 7zip file. MO had no issues taking that. Once it did that, I could find the outfit groups and do the batch build after I ran Bodyslide studio. Thanks to everyone who helped! Considered this question solved.
