permanent scar

hi.. is there a way to make the scar permanent after you get whipped by npc

in the skyrim .ini

 

fDecalLifetime=[Number]  << increasing this will make them stay longer as i remember, However if you don some armor, or clothing after the whipping, they will be wiped clean, as I remember, But I really have not touched any of these settings in some time.

 

   Like I said though, if say SexLab is redressing you after sex act's, they will as I remember be wiped Clean again.  But I am not a 100% sure on the Zaz whip marks, but I beleave they do the same as any other decal in the game.

 

  There is also a setting to increase the number of Decals, but I don't remember it off the top of me head.

 

I have mine set at "fDecalLifetime=256.000"

Textblender. You find a scar-file to overwrite the original skin texture mod with and be happy. Hmm.. I'm not very good with graphical tools, but I believe this would be the easiest approach, for a very decent look.
