Are you using LunarisEclipes' Penis mod and a custom default skin-tone? If so, that is probably what is causing the color issue. Try removing the skin-tone files and see if the penis mod has the correct color. As for being disjointed, if your are using an animated penis wickedwhims animation or does this occur with all wickedwhims animations. If it only happens with animated penis wickedwhims animations, you may have the penis mod without the needed bones. Try installing the animated penis rigged version of the mod.

Why is this still a problem for people? Reading the WW topic would tell you that this problem is caused by leaving in redundant WW files and penis rig mods. The WW mod supports penis rigs, you don't need to install them separately.
