I haven't actually played Life is Strange (Even though folks keep reccomending it to me, I just haven't gotten around to it yet :3) But I think that scarf's her hair, she has a two-tone colour thing going on. As for the blue thing, I think it's part of the earring. Looks kind of like a feather to me, maybe a native american design? And I love your randomness, ne'er change ❤️
