sex conditions/effects

I've been playing this for a while and I don't know who to fix these effects I have on my character:

 

-bad breath

-emotional distress (it's been there for a while)

- frustration lvl irritable

The effects are from Sexout Spunk, and the first, Bad Breath, will go away with rest, possibly after you say "yes" when spunk asks if you want to wash.  Emotional Distress is from non-con, and you need to go, by default, at least 10 days without being raped.  Frustration level you can fix after emotional distress goes away, either by having consensual sex or masturbation.  The duration of emotional distress can be adjusted in the MCM, under Sexout Spunk's options.
