Bodyslide fail

Cherry Hotaling's CBBE Physics CHCBBEP has a 2pac pack.  You'll need to install and use the Cherry Hotaling's body, but otherwise, it's good to go.

Need to the CherrysCBBEBodyPhysics-2.1 file AND the 2pac replacer on the same site.

Install the body first, then the 2pac replacer.  Go in to bodyslide, select the Cherry's body, filddle with sliders until you get something you like.  Then batch build your outfits with that body and preset.

You can use as many armor/clothing/weapon mods as you can stuff in your load order, provided they don't alter the same files.  In your case 2pac is a replacer for vanilla clothing, whereas EasyGirl adds new outfits to the game.

Cherry's page also includes an EasyGril physics bodyslide set - as well as a bunch of other popular armor/clothing mods.

Those purpose shoes are missing textures.  You may have removed the original mod, but the mesh that they replaced may still be in the game's data folder.  To completely and effectively remove them (if they are vanilla content), get the bodyslide vanilla meshes and reslide everything using those.

"Nuke it all option" when not using a mod manager (such as NMM or MO) is to manually remove all mod files. The list below contains all vanilla files that I have in the Fallout 4 Data folder, remove everything EXCEPT for these:

Once this is done, use Steam to validate game files to be sure you didn't lose any essential data files.

@raan_zii's approach is a bit more surgical.  There is a truly scortched earth approach:

1. Navigate to ..\Steam\steamapps\common\

2. Delete Fallout 4 folder

3. Go back to Steam Library, Right click Fallout 4

4. Fallout 4 Properties Page>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files...

This will re-download the complete game in vanilla state.  This is a complete re-install, it can take anywhere from 30min - 2hr or more depending on what DLCs you have, your internet connection speed, etc.
