H-LOD NUDE MOD (CURVY BODIES) - PAINTED NAILS PACK

Using a personal permission of Saaf, I share a full pack of his bodies in CS-HLOD-HAIRY and HLOD-HAIRY improved by 4 variations of my painted nails. Remember to praise the Lord of Boobs-SaafRat himself for everything because I'm just adding a small detail. I post it here for those not reading the last page of Saaf's pinned topic so you may also get it by just scrolling through LoversLab in search of other mods.

* Nyotengu has a black version as well - since I am not a fan of black-painted nails, I did it only for her - it somehow fits the girl, I don't know. Kasumi also has a blue-french manicure/pedicure. It was a basic idea but in the end - more colours turned out to be a better choice than making such a small detail in a few versions.

"Blue manicure", BLUE? Lol that's make me remember someone else who was saying Widowmaker have blue skin

What I see here is purple lol but whatever just wanted to annoye you a bit

 

At first I though you made 3D nails with colors but I checked your file and I see recolored nails from the body skin, as I do too.

That's a little time saver for me who make often recolored nails, then I could quickly swap the texture to your if I need a quick color.

 

Now if you want to improve this mod, I could recommend you to add 3D nails, there are some nails who is separated from the body and who could be very interesting to have as separated mesh, mostly because separated nails mesh can be easy to quickly recolors too but also to assign a separated material (gloss nails, reflection, ect..) and won't affect the body since it will be separated.

Even for edit if you would like to make longer nails, better to edit little nails mesh than everytime export the whole body for this edit.

Ok, thanks for your input and feedback. First things first:

It is blue in a texture file. You're right it looks purple in a screenshot, don't know why but I assume it is my ReShade preset you're already familiar with :-P Check it out yourself when you've already opened the files - it is blue! In game it looks blue/purple indeed, sometimes a normal blue colour, sometimes more like a purple and yeah - Widowmaker isn't blue, Na'vi from Avatar are :-P

The 2nd thing - I have started with recolouring textures of real nails. Then I thought of time-need relation and made those single-coloured triangles - decided to do not waste time as much on details because it is just a detail in a fight/screenshot, which already looks good this way - fast, efficient, 4+ comparing to 5+ grade, fine for me. Then I created the same nails for all the girls even if I do not use them and I had only 5 or something finished - did it out of respect for Saaf who creates the mod as a whole complete pack for all the girls. I didn't even consider a separate mesh or separate texture xD Of course, you're right we might add a mesh and make it perfect on Raaf's birthday or something :-P Wanna do it yourself, haha? :-P Or I can make a mesh and you'll take care of copying and renaming?? :-P Then we've got a deal and even drinks may be on me when a situation appears, haha

Indeed, it may be your reshade and I know in selection screen this is not showing the same as in fight or movies, most impacting comparison is Zack character skin.

 

You was brave to make the entire pack, fortunately for you SaafRats reduced the H-LOD pack, because if you was going to make this Nails Pack with ALL the variants of H-Series.. You'll abandon before make half work lol.

Making the same pack with 3D nails will be more annoying than a texture pack, it's less quick but not as hard as it look, just long because of all H-LOD models.

 

Btw, I noticed you also included the face in your pack, as the body is matching any original face in game you don't need to add them.

Then you can make your pack less heavy and save time to not rename face for all girls

 

While you'll drink a shot, I'll roll a cigaret and then maybe this deal will appear

Haha, ok :-D I do not smoke, quit it because of health danger and money, you know. But anytime. BTW - I did it "for a whole pack (...)" meaning all the girls in the pack/tribe of DoA :-P Talking about versions of bodies, it's only CS-HLOD and HLOD and faces are for CS-HLOD because they're needed for that CS-effect faking real cell shading. That is why. Heads are also in SaafRat's pack because of that. Without it it's ok but you get the normal face as you have already stated. Here I wasn't lazy - already feeling bad for paining triangles on his beautiful textures, haha.

I know that making separate meshes is just a bit of more work at start and then it's the same but I really wanted a set of fast, usable, good looking nails. It works, no one has to rename them himself, extract textures, install DDS plug-ins, changing colour maps twice for editing transparent textures, you know :-P For the greater good of boobs.

Is there a way to remove the shininess of there skin?

1. ReShade injector and messing with filters or shading, saturation etc. Be aware that this glow might be an effect of my filters turned on. It doesn't bother me, in-game it looks ok.
2. The simplest way - turning sweat off in-game (don't remember if it is Autolink feature or the basic game option).
3. Deleting sweat textures from mods.
4. Editing textures with different filters to make them darker, softer etc. but there's also light and shading from the game in the way so it makes a closed circle.
