Skyrim bug, not a fault of the mod. You won't be able to be arrested elsewhere either.

 

The mod standalone though doesn't do anything worse than put you in a cell with two naked Redguards. They don't do anything and the prison is otherwise normal and also doesn't respond to the Zaz Prison Overhaul either. Kind of disappointing but the author did the best with what he had and may have once planned a more active reception it just isn't there yet.

 

 

 

 

Making it work with the Prison Overhaul mod would likely be something as simple as adding the jail to a jail formlist, or perhaps tag it with a jail keyword. Or maybe adding keywords to the guards (or something along these lines).

 

The notable thing here though, is that this was created well before XPO (or SD) even existed.

 

At the time it was created, we only really had MiniLovers or AP to work with. So adding more functionality to the jail wasn't something that was considered (or even possible) at the time. I do plan on expanding further on both the castle and playground at some point in the future. So perhaps I might be able to build in something more *interactive* after SexLab launches and gains some traction with a few mods behind it. But it won't be anytime soon as I have far too many other things to finish up first.

I don't think we'll ever get Skyrim to provide a good way to find and cordon off a good area to have sex so moving the act to predefined locations like beds would be ideal if we could just be sure we've got them on the bed properly. But short of using their animation to put one of the actors on the bed like AP does there doesn't seem to be a way to get the actors on the bed properly. I guess I should try examining the bed object to see if there's any way to find it's exact dimensions, location and orientation. So many experiments to run, so little time.

 

I was hoping to imply that the setup in the jail definitely hints at future possibilities. Once SexLab is ready hopefully you'll eventually get the time to incorporate what's only hinted at so far. You should however also take the time to examine the many resources available in the Zax Animation Pack, sex isn't the only thing that can happen in a jail and you might be able to make your jail more popular than the others if it does other things than what PO does or even in addition to what PO does.

 

Regardless, you've got a great mod here that was fun to explore.

I wasnt sure if it was a mod bug or not so thought id say something incase it was.  Its a cool mod tho i'll be looking forward to seeing what gets added to it.
