Just wondering what mod this is? Ive seen other screenshots with this but havent seen it anywhere

That's the No Balls version of the UNP Schlong with a glow shader and a transparent texture. IIRC someone posted a similar file somewhere (maybe the Futa thread?). It used the standard/balls version of it and the color was blue, so the one you see in the pic must be a edited version with the other mesh and color edits.
