Characters Stuck in T-Pose

Recommended Posts

My Mod Load Order: https://pastebin.com/4aMqwhEg

Paparus Log: https://pastebin.com/BrJ9LzVr

FNIS For Users: https://pastebin.com/rLRY3Mhj

What am I forgetting? I ran FNIS as Admin, LOOT reports nothing?

https://prnt.sc/i82o29

My FNIS settings are:

http://prntscr.com/i82oc0

I might be missing something but for the life of me I can't figure it out, all NPC's and me are stuck in the TPose and either I am really tired or blind and can't see what mod or mods I am missing to get them to not be in the TPose (I uninstalled everything last night and validated to make sure nothing was vegitated) and reinstalled today.

Gender Specific Animations patch

It looks like you're running a very old version of the XPMSE skeleton.  Make sure you have the latest version from HERE or HERE.  It also needs to be the last item in your load order.  (You most likely don't need the ESP activated, either.  It just takes up Papyrus CPU cycles.)  The current version of XPMSE outputs this to FNIS:

Quote

Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS2HDT (115 bones)   male: XPMS2HDT (115 bones)

Don't use the gender specific animations option unless one or more of your mods that add animations specifically calls for it.

If you do choose to keep XPMSE.esp activated, then get rid of Realistic Ragdoll Force - it's obsolete.  XPMSE already incorporated those changes, but failed to update their install instructions.

Some of my mods ask for rrf is it safe to remove? I downloaded xpmse tonight so how could it be out of date although I'll check tomorrow after work as it's late here now, and finally gender specific I think I might've made the rookie mistake and ticked it accidentally and clicked go, how can I undo it?

I slightly updated/clarified my post after you quoted it, you should probably re-read it.

RRF likely isn't a master for anything you have installed, mod authors just include it as a "requirement" because they're assholes who want to force unrelated personal preferences on their users.  It's the same group of people who say "requires this clothing replacer mod", when it doesn't actually contribute anything to the mod you're trying to use.

You can just re-run FNIS, it'll overwrite itself.

Oh that timing! Sweet I'll try these when I get home tonight. Thanks

Are you using Mod Organizer (yes please!), NMM (err, ok?), or manual install (booo!)?

Also, you upgraded from DDI and DDX 3.x to 4.0 without cleaning your save, didn't you?

Yes, I ran through LOOT and use NMM.

I didn't upgrade shit, I have started new saves every time.

Hmm, there's an awful lot of DD-related errors in your Papyrus log.  Usually that happens when someone doesn't clean a save before upgrading major versions.

I'm afraid I don't know how to use the mess that is NMM, I work with the clean-room environment of Mod Organizer.  I can't really provide much advice beyond this point except to make sure that the output from FNIS is actually going where it needs to in your data folder.

I've started a new save every time I want to test and ran FNIS.

Fnis says it's going to my D: which is what Skyrim is installed on, maybe I will uninstall all DD etc mods and try one by one. But I think it's XP32 somehow

Is XPMSE the last item you installed, such that nothing else overwrote its files?
