Looks like a skeleton issue to me. If you are using SOS reintall that then reinstall XPMSE and let it overwrite the SOS skeleton make sure XPMSE is low as it can be in the load order to prevent conflicts.

I just got done doing all that, but no luck. The only things lower on the load order than "XPMSE" is "Alternate Start" and "Realistic Water Two".
