Morrowind - Can't Find Lovers and Legends

I've been looking for the Lovers and Legends mod for Morrowind, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Someone has a thread where there was a link to download the mod, but that link no longer works. Just to clarify, I need the base mod, not Lovers and Legends Revamp. It would be nice to have instructions on how to install it too if I could ask for that. If you read this, I thank you for your time, as well as your help if you can provide any.
