The only thing that comes to mind, and I am clueless to the whole subject, the outfit overwrites your body with a prebuilt one. So you would have to remove the body from the outfit or build it anew with the tattooed body. If that makes any sense (I am sill clueless, just  guesswork here).

Each body in a armor is a different body and those bodies will replace your players body because the armor already has a body in them. You could try changing the texture path for the body in the first picture with the texture path for the body in the 2nd screenshot and see if that fixes it. Chances are it will fix it as the one in the first screenshot is using the normal female body texture instead of the altered one that the 2nd one is using.

i re-textured and converted this outfit Bunny outfit , then i added NiAlphaProperty into the Nitrshape of the nif inside Shapdedata folder of Bodyslide  by Nifscope. I deleted outfit's stocking inside OutFit Studio, and change to new textures path in Nifscope. After that i build the outfit in Body Slide. The place where i want transparent is working correctly but i cant put any tattoo on the body even tattoo on the chest where there arent any mesh cover it.

here is my texture file looks like

Same here. And my bet is Bodyslide causing it.

One of its updates. When I had old version all my converted armors worked like a charm and with the new version I dont see any Overlays.

Same base meshes. Same everything. Try to add HDT or "gentle part" mesh to an armor = No overlays.
