You know after sex it's just not as pleasurable when the npc's don't react to what just happened. They just resume standing up straight and go their own way.  The animations in sexlab defeat where after having sex with a npc they are left in a tired animation for awhile could help solve this. The Faces could hold a horny expression for awhile. It could trigger masturbation during npc sleep hours on beds. Why not have this in a new mod so all sex can trigger it without having to do rape from defeat only? It could be a immersive sexlab feature.

You can customize some post-coital additional 'effects' by SexlabUtil1.

Sexlab Separate Orgasm also introduces mini-game features that possibly drain magicka/ stamina of actors during the act.

 

One problem of the game is, though, NPCs are not so overtly affected by the depletion of these two stats in vanilla game.

They can be very easily restored to full soon, , and NPCs can even do some combat actions that require stamina (for PC) with almost no stamina.

I'd like a patch for Dangerous Nights that adds the post trauma effects of Defeat to a night assault. If I knew how I'd do it myself.

correct would be, if the NPC after the rape gets superhuman powers and the rapist (him) simply kills.
