Crash on startup with or without mods

I wanted to start up Skyrim today and all of sudden skyrim always crashes on startup... I checked file validity with stream, and even deleted all mods and reinstalled skyrim completely, but nothing works... Windows always tells me "Skyrim has stopped working"... 

 

Anyone experiencing the same thing? Has there maybe been an update for Skyrim recently? 

EDIT: I already checked my load order, disabled all mods, deleted enb / skse, cleaned my master files, disabled the oc of my cpu / gpu but nothing seems to work

Try deleting your INI files then running Skyrim through Steam with the launcher poping up and all that

Clear your cache in Bethesda you may need to re sing in bethesda . Think it is in setting youtube  how to clear Bethesda cache . Should be ok then .

Tried that, sadly that didnt work either.

You mean the Mod cache from Bethesda dont you? I dont use Bethesda.net to download mods at all... I get all my mods either from the nexus or loverslab. 

I think I am going to reinstall my Windows 10 later today and hope that works

Thanks, you too  I reinstalled my Windows 10 and now it works all fine. I guess the error was either Windows or driver related

Glad that your problem is resolved . I haven't switched to WIn 10 yet still on win 7 as my graphics card needs updating . Have a happy new mod year .
