load order assistance

Hi all, 

I'm at the point where I can only play skyrim indoors, any kind of open world exploration leads to the game crashing. Every time I go through a loading screen I run the risk of CTD. My companions (only 2) start fighting each other during/after combat, and sometimes they double-team on shadowmere...  it's crazy! I need some serious help getting my mods organized, please offer some suggestions. Which mods should I remove? Do I have too many follower mods, armor mods, or animation mods? Are there any conflicts I can resolve easily?

Have you run LOOT to sort your load order?

Yes I've done that several times and each time it creates some conflicts between my NPC beautification mods (bijin, BSF and BTRH which i recently removed). Some of my animation mods also get scrambled and no longer work unless I reinstall and tweak the priority list.
