Adding dialogue to custom follower

How are you guys. As you see I need help adding some lines to a custom follower on the making. I want to make it say "Thank you" when I use healing spells on it or I give it potions. Also I want to make it say some lines when my character is naked, like "You should cover yourself" and stuff like that. I have no idea where these lines should be added or what conditions i should use. I tried looking at other NPCs dialogues in the Creation Kit but I couldn't find those lines. Can I get some help from you guys? I would appreciated it. Thanks for your time. Hope you a happy new year.

Update: I got the naked lines working. I just need assist on the lines to be said by my follower when I use spells or potions on him.
