I need help figuring out a mod issue.

I have a mod installed, i can not figure out what one it is.  Random NPCs will come up and you get to options, accept or dont get a chance to talk.  If you accept you then go to a dialogue mini-game thing of stuff like flirt and be shy.  What mod is this?

Load order is a must as we have no clue what you have installed into your game and most of us don't like playing the guessing game.
