Click them, click Kinky World, Set Physical Attractiveness, value between 1 and 10.

You could use Nraas Master Controller to make the sim that you gave it away to be the "selected" sim, and give it back to the sim you want to have it. I wouldn't recommend letting much time pass while doing that, as you don't your sims to go off and do a bunch of stuff while not under your control.

 

Using Master Controller, I would teleport the brothel owner to your lot, select them to make them the active household, have them give the brothel back to your sim, select your sim to make your actual family the active household, then reset the other sim, returning them to a safe location.
