How to make a shemale sim

I have Cmar's Penis for females default and accessory how do i choose if a sim has a penis or vagina

Kw has futunari feature. But I hadn't test it yet.

 

I saw in debug menu, there's a pie menu to turn female sims into shemale. I haven't test it by myself thou.

all my female sims are futas and I didn't set that for anyone of them any suggestions how to fix this

 

EDIT: I figured out I had Cmar's Female Penis nude Default, not the alt nude version

You are correct, as I used it for a bit but removed it for the one that must be selected like 'clothing'.

 

After installing Kinkyworld, I removed them *all, and utilize the 'shemale feature' found in the debug section of KW menu. If a sim doesn't have it available but others do, remember to clear your caches in the docs folder.

 

*default and bottom 'clothing'.  You still need the required one for KW.
