Weird graphics glitch

AA is off. So is FXXA. I tried messing with my graphic mods. It's weird. If you look at the screenshots part of it is fine.

Any ideas?

It's best if you convert .BMP to something like JPEG as not as many people are going to download them to try to look at them. Paint - net can convert .BMP to jpeg and it's free. I think you can also change it in steam to where it makes the screenshots in jpeg format instead of .BMP.

that has to be a video driver level fuckup right there. once i started flipping too many switches in the nvidia control panel and heros of the storm started doing weird crap like that. try resetting the 3d setting profile?

What do other games look like?  If same problem occurs in other games then it's likely a hardware issue (graphics card driver), gpu global settings, monitor, etc.)

If the problem is only Skyrim then .ini settings in skyrim.ini, skyrimprefs.ini, or enblocal.ini could be the culprit.  Will need more info.

Looks like an overlay, from some mod maybe?, that is not rendering correctly at that resolution or has been compressed to the wrong size.

Alright, try the game without an ENB installed and retest.  Make very sure you get rid of all ENB files.  Test again and then if the game works try another ENB different from the one you were using before.
