creating transgender sims with the right genitalia?

so i'm quite frustrated because i can't find a way to create male trans sims with vaginas. i tried messing around and broke the game a couple times already lol.

right now i'm using better bodies, cmar's nipple mod and wild guy's female body details. does anyone have any ideas to get this to work?

I don't have S4 but I vaguely recall seeing a mod specifically to put vaginas on men. Could be wrong.

You should try out a female with a male frame - maybe this could help you

and you should tell your game the sim got "no penis"
