Dragon Age games

Hi! Just wondering if anyone else plays them!

Played all but Origins, I know it's story is good, but the extremely clunky UI and gameplay are too much of a drag to put myself through. Absolutely loved DA2 and DAI though.

It is clunky but I love it! I played the whole game with out mods..and then I found mods to make it better! I do love DA2 and DA:I though! What is your favorite class/race in 2 and Inquisition?

I played DA:o a long time. I like to play round based RPGs since Baldur's Gate 1+2, NWN or SW:KotoR. DA2 i bought it and played too, but i was disappointed from the 2nd Part of this game series. DA:o was the first game what i played with Mods. The Story was great, Inon Zur's score was nice and i loved to play it with romances. I play always as a female Dalish with a relationship to Leliana. DAI i never played or bought it, maybe in the near future.

I was also disappointed with DA2. But I do love the characters they introduced us to. I did play Baldur's Gate, NWN and SW:KotoR as well..I guess I just love RPG's :P 

 

Which class is your favorite?

I got into bioware RPGs pretty late, played the Mass Effect trilogy for the first time 2 years ago, started playing the dragon age games a few months ago after one of my friends urged me to try them too, even if the combat system turned me off at first. I enjoyed them quite a bit and I'll be doing second runs of them soon. Only played 2 handed warrior female human so far, but I honestly don't think I will be changing the last two up. Might try rogue next time.

BG i played as a female Elven Ranger and as a Drow (dark skinned Elf) Cleric, in Neverwinter as a female Drow Battle-Cleric. In NWN2 as a female Tiefling Rogue-Warrior with a two handed Club and daggers. In SW:Kotor... i can't remember, i know only that i had a pink double Lightsabre. In DA:o a female Dalish Arcane Warrior.

Rogues are really fun to play!! I couldn't get into Mass Effect...I've heard that its really good.

I honestly don't remember what I was in BG it was a while ago that I played it! I usually play as an Elven Bard/Red Dragon Disciple in Neverwinter, I haven't played NWN2 yet..and Boy I don't remember what I was in SW:KotoR I had a yellow saber though. In DA:O..with mods I play Dalish Mage..but I do prefer to play rogues.

I have good memories about BG 1+2, therefore it is for me, as i played it last week. I don't know how many Hours I was in Faerun, until I played it through. I guess it was about 200 hours - minimum. Fun fact about all games i played - i played on the Good Path - Startet almost as a Neutral Character, being evil is not my cup of tea. I even managed to get Viconia off her evil path. It was funny, when you have Minsc, Aerie, Jaheira, Hear'dalis and Imoen in one party. But Viconia was a damn good Cleric in the Game. Disputes were often the rule and I had to make compromises. I had a romance with her (possible per 'cheat' for a F/F relation) - Edwin would i put into party too, but this would be too much for the party^^

 

I played Planescape Torment too, for a short time. Fall from Grace and Annah from the shadows were my two favorite NPCs, i love their cat fight between them. (Succubus vs Tiefling).

 

In NWN - HotU i spent a lot of time too. Sadly, it was only two party members possible. Deekin was a funny Character. Valen Shadowbreath and Nathyrra I brought together. Valen was an impressive Character. (IMO)

 

NWN2 i got two favorites, Neeshka (a Tiefling) and The Dwarf Khelgar. I like their relationship and conversations. The dwarf constantly blasphemes against Neeshka and and Neeshka does not give in. That the two did not kill each other is a miracle. 

 

It was a damn good time :)

The sequence when the game leaks that your Character ist Darth Revan, that was big surpise. I sat on my Chair and I could not get my mouth closed. One of the Biggest WTF Game Moment for me.

I own all three of them, but I've yet to even complete one. XD

 

I got pretty far in the first one, but once I get to a certain point things start to become repetitive.

That one does get kinda repetitive! Where did you get to? And what race/class were you playing?

I've played both Humans & Elves as both warriors & mages. In the last game that I played, I had completed both the Mage's Circle Tower & Redcliffe (I think that's the name? I can't remember.) and moved on to the Dwarven city, I think I actually completed it too? I beat the boss fight that was deep in the mines with that creature on the wall. I stopped at that point.

Oh man..I got soooo frustrated with the Deep Roads..I had to stop and do something else so often while playing that part. I like playing all the classes but I prefer being the rogue.

Oh yeah! I forgot I've played as rogues too, sort of forgot there were two branches . That's the class I used last time. It was pretty annoying yes, that's probably why I haven't returned to it since I don't want to replay it. XD

That makes sense! XD I absolutely hated trying to get through those...Luckily I found mods that make it so you can skip that part if you want.

There's a mod for that?! Maybe I should look into it so I can finally finish this damn game! (I've had it for like 2 years! XD)
