The author replied on tumblr and it's called Light Mage Outfit which he recolored himself.

He hasn't uploaded his recent bodyslide files but his older ones are on his tumblr.

The light mage outfit is a DAZ studios outfit the retexture files might be on DAZ site or one of the other sites and can be downloaded from there from whoever the author is and used.
