CTD After leaving Captured Dreams Shop

I am crashing to desktop after leaving the Captured Dream Shop and opening the map.

 

All my mods are clean and I have a wrye bash patch, idk what else to do, clean save as well.

E. Lastly, but of no less importance is include your Papyrus.log file(s). Post it as an attachment after zipping it up with WinRaR, WinZip, or 7zip. We can often find the problem in the Papyrus.log

Not sure where that store is located at. But have you tried opening the console with the ~ key and typing in COC qasmoke and hit enter if you don't CTD you'll end up in the games testing hall. From there you can test this hit the ~ key again and type in COC riverwood and hit enter. This'll warp you the riverwood if you don't CTD and warp to riverwood then that would mean that something by or in that cell where the captured dreams shop is causing it. Might be a skeleton issue as someone wearing a armor but has the wrong skeleton or their body needs a specific skeleton but it's missing or overwritten or there is a conflict. 

 

When you try to enter a cell where someone has a incorrect skeleton the game will crash before the game can load the new area.

 

I don't see XPMSE so the only thing I can see is uninstall and reinstall schlongs of skyrim as it has it's own skeleton in it if someone overwrote it then that could cause the crash.

I reinstalled SOS, switched from xp32 3 to xmpse and started a clean save.

 

game still crashed.

Something is conflicting with Phenderix magic worlds scripts.  You can try a test save without that loaded, but only as a test... you do not want to remove mods needlessly in the middle of your playthrough.

 

You will also want to try using https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2551-crash-fixes/ crash fixes with the skse preloader and osallocators enabled as described in the front page.  It is possible you are going over a string limit as well.
