Situation with NifSkope glossiness

Hello, i'm having a bit of a problem while messing with the glossiness of skyrim NPCS and i was wondering if anyone ever faced the same problem. I'm using nifskope to change the glossiness of all the female characters in my game, that includes my own character, the vanilla npcs and the custom npcs such as Bjinn NPCS. Almost everything works just fine except for one thing that is bothering me and i simply can't find the reason for this to happen: The head of the characters is not glossy, only the body, hands and feet.

Now, heres the tricky part: my female characters entire body is glossy, everything works with my character, which i don't understand because the femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif works the same way for vanilla and for the players characters and then you can copy that body to the custom npcs one such as Bjinn and you get the preset body to work with the bjinn mod. Im having trouble figuring out the reason why the head of the Bjinn characters and the vanilla npcs is not turning glossy. I have changed the Glossiness / Specular Strength to the same value for all the body parts, including femalehead.nif. I don't know if i might have missed something or if im supposed to do something specific for the head.

I thought the mods i use that change hair, eye and body texture could be the possible reason but nothing changed (which is weird because everything works just fine with my character, with or without these mods)

Unrelated to the issue above, i'm using More Nasty Critters SLAL edition and All-in-One animated pussy, for some reason the collision is not working as intended with some creatures such as trolls, falmers and more creatures but it works fine with non-creature collision, any ideas why?

edit: by collision i mean the opening and closing of the vagina when in contact with the creatures schlong

Much appreciated if anyone could help me out with this.

Thank you for the HDT link, i'll give it a try. I'm not really sure if i understand the first link tho, the issue related in that topic concerns the fact that some people were getting a color mismatch with the head / body parts of some characters when they use CK, this is not my problem, if i put the glossiness / specular strength to default on nifskope then the bodies will go back to "normal", like a fresh install of skyrim for example, when that happens i don't have the color mismatch situation and the bodies / textures work just fine. My issue is with the glossiness not affecting the head of the npcs.

Changing the specular in Nif is not a good idea.

1. You have to edit ALL meshes in Nikskope. Not just body, hands, feet and head. But also all Armors with hand, foot or bodymesh.

2. The heads of NPC's have already been created. Either edit all Nifs with Nifskope or export all heads new with CK.

So instead of editing the Nif, edit the specular-maps with Gimp or Photoshop or paint.net.
3 dds files (without custom races) and everything should be done (only a few minutes).

And of course it can be undone - make backup from the specular maps before.

it's sort of the same problem, the NPCs are still using the old mesh, each human NPC has it's own copy of the head mesh and uses it's own head textures.

I see, i'll learn how to use CK and export the heads with the glossiness so it works. Thank you Andy and Madmans for the help!
