good Player home mod for a female khajiit assassin ?

Something between big and small player home. Something that doesnt make me walk around the place like giant player home does but also not  to small where i feel like more  stuff should be in it or cozy for my Female khajiit Killing machine  that would like to relax her and there <3 

 

 

 

*note i already have the river wood hunter home for my archery so anyone brings that up i will not look into since i already have it for another character *

Khajits are natural traders...  so why not grab yourself a merchant vessel and sail between the docks selling your merchandise and your mercenary services..

Rayeks End is decent. You may want to move stuff around and get rid of the skeleton using a furniture moving mod but its as good a place as any.
