Edit: I downloaded it because the massive A Trois. anim pack said I needed to downloaded it. even after deleting this my wicked whims is broken.

Install WW in your S4 studio mod folder and extract it with the studio. you need to enable debug items in the serch window to see it. If I remember correctly it is in CAS items.

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I add the new rig in the Sims4Studio mod folder?
